Spy is a lovely mover who is a pleasure to ride. He is very quiet undersaddle and is not the type who must be ridden every day in order to stay calm.

He has great movement for dressage (see video) and has wonderful flying lead changes. His previous career was in the hunter ring and he was really successful up to 2'6. However, he was pushed a little too hard and as a result, has developed some anxieties about jumping. He is fully capable of doing it but would need someone with a lot of experience/patience in retraining a horse to jump.

Ideally, I would like to sell him as a dressage horse as that's where I think he will really shine and also be happiest himself.

Spy is also great on trails and does not become excitable when he's out. Other than his jumping issues, he really is a very quiet and easy going horse. He has even done a number of lessons with a 10 year old girl who is only walking and trotting and he has been very careful with her.

He is not spooky at all and generally a very sensible and well mannered guy.
