Juno is a 14.3 hh, 8 y.o. QH gelding. He goes great in the arena and would make an excellent 4-H horse. He is calm and relaxed in the arena but likes to move out and get to work out on the prairie. I have used him as a lesson horse for junior riders to build their confidence and he just does as asked, but I would recommend a stronger rider for out on the trails. He is very controllable, and can be lots of fun, just gets a bit antsy and it could cause a green rider to get nervous. Soft to the hand and leg, both leads, stops good, neck reins, really knows how to pull calves to the fire at branding. Easy to catch, worm, vaccinate, good with feet, to saddle/bridle, to load and haul. Selling to approved home only. Sadly must sell as I am trying to afford a higher level jumping horse to finish testing to A level Pony Club.
